Last updated: June 28, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FetchBot 2.0 Chrome extension and landing page services.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to load and run the FetchBot 2.0 extension files unpacked in your personal browser for lead scraping, outbound marketing research, and validation purposes.
2. Fair Use Guidelines
You agree to use FetchBot 2.0 in compliance with all local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Respecting Google Maps and Google Search Terms of Service.
- Refraining from sending unauthorized spam campaigns to extracted phone numbers and emails.
- Avoiding high-frequency scraping queries that overload Google's public servers (rate-limiting).
3. Disclaimer of Warranty & Guarantees
FetchBot 2.0 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Google Maps and Google Search periodically update their DOM selectors, and we cannot guarantee that the scraper will work continuously or remain compatible with future browser updates. No lifetime guarantee is provided for the continuous operation of this software.
4. Refund Policy
Payment once received will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please test our trial version before purchasing the Unlimited License.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FetchBot 2.0 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the extension, including search blockages, IP blocks, or data loss.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
